• Products – All items are handmade. Photos are as accurate as possible, but slight differences between the photo and the final product may occur due to the handmade nature of the work and screen settings.
• Orders & payment – Your order is confirmed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• Prices – All prices are listed in euro / € and may be changed at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
• Custom orders – Made-to-order or personalised items are created especially for you and may have separate conditions, which will be agreed upon before starting.
• Intellectual property – All designs, patterns, photos, and content on this website belong to crochetbylot and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
• Liability – crochetbylot is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use or care of the products. Please follow the care instructions provided.
• Governing law – These terms are governed by Belgian law.
