Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, except during holidays and public holidays, when processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation and a tracking number. Please note that delivery times depend on your location and the postal/courier service and are beyond our control once the parcel has been handed over.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrectly provided address.
