When will your order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after purchase. Please note that weekends, public holidays and vacation periods are not included in this timeframe.
Can you return an item if I’m not satisfied?
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted, as each item is handmade with lots of love. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
Do we accept custom orders?
Yes, absolutely! Go to the ‘Customize’ page and choose your product. Looking for something more specific? Then feel free to fill out our contact form.
How long does a custom order take?
Each piece is made to order, so allow 1–3 weeks before it ships. You'll get an update along the way.
Do we ship worldwide?
We almost do. We've sent pieces from Belgium to the US, Australia and beyond.
