At crochetbylot, every item is made by hand with care, one piece at a time. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not offer refunds.

Each piece is unique and small variations in colour, size, or texture are a natural part of the handmade process. These are not considered defects.

Before placing your order, please read the product description carefully and feel free to message us with any questions. We're always happy to help you choose the right item.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@crochetbylot.com with a photo, and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
